traveling medical clinic
Each year a team of nurses and doctors from all over the United States travels to Haiti to do medical clinics. The medicines are purchased in the United States and shipped to Haiti.
The team of nurses and doctors travel from church to church in the back of a pick-up performing medical clinics. Many of the Haitians will travel for hours to be seen by the nurses. At the clinic each person get their vital signs checked and is then referred to a nurse.
The nurse then prescribes vitamins or medicine to the patient. When a conditions can not be address at the medical clinic money is provided to got see a professional doctor. The medical teams use the clinics to explain that their is no medication that can cure the sickness of sin. The only eternal cure for the human is healed soul through the blood of Jesus.
